Mission Statement: We aim at “Transforming lives for Christ”
Our objective is to serve, and help our children better understand the word of God, as well as the principles and values of what it means to be a Christian. Our goal is that every child will come to know Christ, connect with Him, take delight in His word , be obedient in following His ways, develop a vibrant faith in Him and to be a witness for Him.
Children are a special ministry at CSI Tamil Parish ministry since 1995 to its children and youth. At present 50 children of various age group attend the Junior church.
Venue: Every Thursday The Junior Church gather in the Main Hall at St. Andrew‘s campus, from 7.00 to 8.30 P.M.
7.00 pm to 7.30pm – Opening prayer and singing session
7.30 pm to 7.40 pm – A bible thought
7.40 pm to 7.50 pm – Inter house activity, offertory and closing prayer
7. 50 pm to 8.30 – Children go to their classes for their bible lessons
There are classes for children from K.G 1 to 12th std. We follow a specific syllabus from CEEFI for each level of students. The lessons contain a Bible theme, values for life, Bible learning exercises and craft activity. Annual Bible exam is conducted on the syllabus every year.

Inter House Activities
All children are divided into two houses namely “The House of Bethel” and “The House of Zion”. Inter house activities strengthen the bond socially and spiritually. They are challenged through Quiz and games all directed towards teaching a biblical truth with the Gospel at the centre.
Talent competitions held for individuals
The children are provided with opportunities to exhibit their talents through (Speech competition, Singing competition, Drawing competition, Bible character dress up and Memory verse competition)
The Christmas Tree program is a much awaited function, where the entire junior church participates and receives gifts.
Retreats are conducted twice every year bringing in special speakers
VBS is held in March
Picnic is organized every year
Age for Attendance
Children need to be three and a half years of age to attend the Junior Church
Bus Transport is available for Abudhabi and Mussaffa.
